ADMINISTRATIVE DATA ENTRY (WORK AT HOME)

Customer Service Focus - Remote Position

Position Overview

Remote Administrative Data Entry specialist with customer service duties. Combine data processing, administrative support, and customer assistance from your home office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update customer data in company systems
  • Process customer orders and service requests
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Maintain accurate administrative records
  • Generate reports and data summaries
  • Resolve customer account issues
  • Support administrative operations remotely

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years administrative or customer service experience
  • Typing speed 45+ WPM with accuracy
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Multitasking abilities in fast-paced environment
  • Reliable internet and quiet home workspace
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Technical Requirements

  • Updated computer (Windows/Mac)
  • High-speed internet connection
  • Headset for customer calls
  • Dedicated work area

Compensation
