We are looking for a career oriented HVAC Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Lexington Park Apartments in Columbus, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

What We Offer:

• Starting pay of $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
• PLUS quarterly bonus up to $750.00
• $200.00 on-call bonus if you take a call or not. 1 week every 6 weeks!

What We Need from you:

• HVAC / Boiler knowledge preferred 
• HVAC EPA Universal or Type 2 certification preferred
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Basic hand tools and safety knowledge
• Basic to intermediate plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry experience
• At least 40 hours per week: Mon - Fri 8:00 - 5:00
• On-call rotation ($200 bonus)
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
