PART TIME - REMOTE - CONTRACT - PREFERRED LOCATION : LOS ANGELES
Support organizations in evaluating business processes, developing performance measures, and recommending improvements that enhance efficiency and financial accountability.
Key Duties:
Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure organizational effectiveness.
Conduct financial modeling to evaluate programs and cost efficiency.
Design templates, tools, and workflows to streamline business processes.
Prepare and submit required compliance or operational reports.
Provide recommendations to improve transparency, efficiency, and performance tracking.
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years’ experience developing KPIs and evaluating organizational efficiency.
3+ years’ experience in financial modeling.
3+ years’ experience creating tools/templates for process improvement.
3+ years’ experience preparing and submitting compliance or operational reports.
Preferred Skills:
Strong knowledge of business process improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
Strong knowledge of transit financial systems and subsidy programs.
Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
