Job Description

Infinity Healthcare Consulting is seeking an experienced accounting and finance leader to assume the role of Chief Financial Officer. This position is a key leader in the organization and will oversee the accounting, financial, revenue cycle, billing and cashflow functions. This position is both a strategic partner as well as a hand-on support leader for the department and the organization. This position will partner with operations to help identify, plan and analyze the financial strengths and weaknesses of the organization helping to put plans in place for improvement. The ability to understand the business and the impact that the financial triggers have is key. Infinity is a nursing home consulting company supporting a portfolio of nursing centers in multiple states. The Chief Financial Officer must understand the complexities of working in multiple states and be able to motivate, inspire and achieve optimal results why challenging others to do their best. This position is ideally based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. #123
