Full Job Description:
Training schedule for first 2 weeks: 7 am - 3 pm Working hrs: 7 am - 7 pm Rotation shift 2-2-3 6 months assignment After accepting role, worker will be participate in the company's Short Service Worker program which is a 30, 60, 90 testing interval to test job knowledge 

Responsibilities

• Follows safety, environmental, and SOP guidelines.
• Operates chemical packaging and processing equipment (e.g., Calciner, Ribbon Blender, HTLP equipment).
• Troubleshoots and reports equipment issues to supervisors. Inspects, cleans, and performs minor repairs on equipment.
• Prepares equipment for maintenance and assists maintenance personnel.
• Draws and submits product samples for QC analysis.
• Maintains accurate logbook records and communicates with shift personnel.
• Ensures area cleanliness and performs other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must have forklift experience
• At least 6 months of industrial experience
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts.
