Role:Chief of Staff
Location:New York, NY.

About the job:
Advantra is partnering with a Series A AI-native CPG SaaS startup in New York to hire a Chief of Staff to support the CEO and drive high-priority business initiatives.

About the role:
You will work directly with the CEO to solve critical business problems, improve execution, and ensure teams focus on the right priorities. You will analyze complex challenges, streamline decision-making, and help attract top-tier talent.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze ambiguous business problems using qualitative and quantitative methods.
2. Propose and execute solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
3. Support quarterly planning, KPI tracking, and company-wide communications.
4. Remove operational bottlenecks and improve visibility across teams.
5. Collaborate with leadership to define strategic priorities.
6. Help attract and onboard top-tier talent.
7. Partner with functional teams to ensure execution aligns with company goals.
   
   
   
   

Core requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in high-performance environments such as startups, banking, consulting, or investing.
2. Experience in founding or running a company is strongly preferred.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Ability to translate complex challenges into actionable plans.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
7. Track record of executing on high-impact initiatives.
8. Comfort working directly with C-level executives.
9. Strong organizational and project management skills.
10. Willingness to work onsite in NYC full-time.
    
    
    
    

Nice to have:

1. Experience in AI or SaaS companies.
2. Prior experience as a Chief of Staff or similar role.
3. Exposure to operational scaling in high-growth startups.
4. Familiarity with KPI dashboards and performance tracking.
5. Understanding of the CPG or retail industries.
