Position Details

  • 20 hours per week
  • 6-month contract from start date
  • Working from one of our offices in Aliso Viejo, Costa Mesa, Diamond Bar, and/or Rancho Cucamonga

Summary

The Safer Swimmer is seeking a creative and reliable ContentCreator to support brand storytelling for our companies: Premier Swim Academy, Premier Aquatics, and The Pool Pros. This role focuses on capturing high-quality onsite content, producing engaging visual and written assets, and strengthening the visibility, personality, and mission of all three brands.

The ideal candidate thrives in active environments, communicates confidently with staff and families, and enjoys bringing stories to life through photography, videography, and short-form content creation.

Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality photography and video across multiple programs, facilities, and service locations
  • Produce short-form videos, reels, and social-ready content aligned with brand guidelines
  • Edit, organize, and maintain media assets for efficient delivery to the marketing team
  • Collaborate with staff, swimmers, and families to collect authentic, mission-driven content
  • Support scheduled events, seasonal campaigns, and planned content shoots
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to brainstorm concepts and ensure consistent messaging
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in photography, videography, and content creation
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across different brands
  • Proficiency with editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar)
  • Reliable transportation: regular travel between sites required
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable capturing content around swimmers, families, and busy program environments
  • Must be available during peak facility hours: weekday evenings, weekends, and events

Work Environment

  • On-site at indoor and outdoor aquatic facilities; temperature and noise levels may vary
  • Frequent interaction with swimmers, staff, and families in active, fast-paced settings
  • May have an opportunity for hybrid flexibility for editing and post-production tasks
