Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatcher to join our night team in Mather, California. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating to deliver exceptional service. Dispatcher- Friday, Saturday, Sunday and one day a week- 7pm-5am Responsibilities: - Coordinate incoming service requests by promptly dispatching field technicians and ensuring accurate routing of work orders. - Communicate with customers to provide timely updates on technician schedules and arrival times, ensuring a positive experience. - Maintain and update service portals with essential call details, assign technicians, and generate work orders for approved sales quotes. - Monitor and resolve outstanding service appointments using scheduling tools to ensure efficient service delivery. - Review and adjust daily payroll entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. - Close maintenance work orders after verifying all necessary closure criteria are met. - Utilize multiple computer systems to input and retrieve data efficiently while maintaining accuracy. - Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Business Process Manager. Requirements - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or call center environments. - Ability to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday and one day a week- 7pm-5am - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications, including Excel and Word. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing responsibilities. - Familiarity with CRM systems and technical tools such as ADP, IBM AS/400, and other management software. - Ability to use a headset and computer terminal for seamless navigation across multiple systems. - Comfortable answering inbound calls and handling billing functions as needed.
