The Entry Level Communications Specialist will be responsible for supporting our communications team in the creation and dissemination of internal and external communications that effectively promote our brand and engage our target audience. Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of communication plans and strategies.
• Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
• Support the organization of events, meetings, and public relations activities.
• Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences to inform communication strategies.
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports on media engagement and audience reach.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate internal communications and messaging.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Familiarity with basic graphic design tools and content management systems is a plus.
