Job Description
:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of our events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning ideas into seamless experiences.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate and private events.
Manage event logistics, including venue setup, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
Support event marketing and communications as needed.
Track budgets, prepare reports, and ensure events stay within financial guidelines.
Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve event processes.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
