Job Description

Hospital Administrator -Behavioral Health Facility - St. Louis, MO

We are seeking a tenured administrator with behavioral health experience that has managed previous facilities and possesses solid operational experience. Clinical experience is a plus. The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience and a Master‘s degree or equivalent in human resources, business, social/behavioral science or healthcare.

Experience as a high-level leader in a hospital, 2 - 3 years - behavioral health would be preferred.

Experience leading a successful accreditation survey (DNV would be a big plus!)

Master's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration - Ideally someone with a Bachelor's in Social/Behavioral Science, Nursing.

Management style: Someone with the heart of a teacher/mentor that is willing to hold staff accountable.

In terms of staffing, the facility is in good shape - The facility has a Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing that are doing a great job, and work well together. The business side of things is running smoothly and has a very high tenure.

With this being said, this will not be a hospital that needs to be re-built, but it will need to have someone that can lead it to the next level.

Salary Range: 110K – 120K+

Bonus Potential of $10,000
