Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a Home Designer in Tampa, FL.

Highly competitive hourly rate, plus commission. A Sales and Design Associate meeting target goals can expect to make an average of $2,400 per month with no cap on potential earnings.

Compensation $15/hr based on experience

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in cabinet sales and/or design.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience In Home sales for home building products
• Design degree or certification and/or exhibits expert level skills in 2020 design software helpful.
• Successful sales and lead generation in cabinet/flooring industry.
• Retail POS system

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Regular attendance and punctuality are required as a full-time employee in order to perform all the essential functions.

Summary

This position is primarily responsible for performing sales and design duties both within a retail environment and to customers in their homes/businesses. Designers provide knowledgeable product information and specifications. Specific job responsibilities shall be in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws while ensuring and maintaining a safe work environment and efficient operations. Occasional nights and weekend appointments, including Sundays, necessary as business requires.
