Promoter/Product Lister

Job Summary The Promoter/Product Lister is responsible for researching the value of donated items, listing and promoting these products on various selling platforms, and coordinating donation pick-ups. This role also involves assisting with printing and assembly projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively market products to maximize sales.

● Research the value of donated items to determine appropriate pricing
● Create detailed and accurate listings for products on selling platforms and the company website
● Promote listed products to increase visibility and sales
● Coordinate and schedule donation pick-ups with donors
● Assist with printing and assembly projects as needed
● Monitor and respond to inquiries from potential buyers
● Track and report on sales performance and adjust listings to improve results
● Ensure all listed items are described accurately and appealingly with clear photos
● Maintain an organized inventory of items to be listed and sold
● Collaborate with team members to optimize listing strategies and promotional efforts Required Skills
● Strong research skills for determining the value of items
● Proficiency in using online selling platforms (eBay, company website, etc.)
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Organizational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
● Basic photography skills for taking product photos
● Customer service skills for interacting with donors and buyers Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Experience with online sales and marketing (preferred)
● Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as eBay
● Basic knowledge of product pricing and market trends
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic photo editing software
● Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred but not required) Physical Requirements
● Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
● Capability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
● Manual dexterity for handling and photographing products
● Visual acuity to inspect items and ensure listing accuracy
● Comfortable working in an office and warehouse environment
