Find out more at AVEVA Careers ( .** **For more information about our privacy policy and how to manage cookies, visit our** **Privacy Policy ( **.** **Hybrid - 50% of the time in the office.** **Locations: Calgary, Lake Forest OR Houston** **Key Responsibilities - You will do:** + Lead strategic planning and execution of high-impact marketing initiatives across global teams + Drive capacity planning and contribute to long-term team development strategies + Partner with senior stakeholders to align marketing programs with business objectives + Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring resource allocation and risk mitigation + Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and interpretthis for the content production team + Troubleshoot stalled projects.Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigationstrategies. + Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement + Champion integration of AVEVA values and brand purpose into marketing initiatives + Maintain and update the content project management system + Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service **Qualifications & Skills - You will have:** + 5+ years of experience in Marketing with 3+ years focusing on project management (experience with technology companies preferred). + Strong problem-solving, and decision-making skills. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. + Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Wrike). + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. + Organized and a growth mindset **AVEVA requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
