Job Description In this role, the Marketing Project/Program Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive marketing project roadmaps to ensure alignment across all marketing teams and initiatives. They will lead projects from inception through completion, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations while coordinating cross-functional teams, including creative, customer operations, procurement, and other departments. This individual will implement new processes and create clear documentation to improve organization, efficiency, and visibility across the team. They will provide weekly status updates and progress reports to leadership as well as prepare executive-level presentations that communicate project status in a clear, digestible format. Additionally, they will utilize Monday.com to manage tasks, timelines, dependencies, and reporting for all marketing initiatives, serving as the primary point of contact for marketing program management and ensuring all stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
