Grace Church School is a JK–12, independent school located on two nearby campuses in downtown New York City. About the position
Grace seeks a dynamic History teacher who loves teaching middle school students. The ideal candidate values examining the experiences of those who have lived before in order to prepare students to understand and respond to the challenges of our own time; fosters joy in reading, writing, and helping students make connections between the past and the present; is committed to fostering social justice, diversity, equity, and anti-bias education within the curriculum; brings tools and strategies for differentiating instruction; is willing to work collaboratively to develop curriculum; communicates effectively with students, families, and colleagues; and takes professional growth seriously.

Compensation
This is a full-time faculty position with an expected base salary of $68,000–$155,040 commensurate with education and experience on the faculty salary scale.
