This role is for an Operating Room Registered Nurse working the night shift (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM) in a large, Level 1 trauma facility. The position requires significant experience in vascular/endovascular procedures and a proven track record of high performance. A two-week repeating schedule with weekday nights is utilized; no block scheduling or on-call responsibilities are included.

Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled nursing care in the operating room setting.
- Performing vascular/endovascular procedures.
- Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Maintaining a high level of proficiency in all aspects of operating room nursing.
- Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures.
- Documenting patient care accurately and completely.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
- Minimum of two years of experience as an RN in a hospital setting.
- Proven experience in a large, Level 1 trauma facility.
- Strong vascular/endovascular experience.
- High ratings on all areas of skills checklist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (preferred, but may not be required based on the provided text).
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Prior travel experience within a large Level 1 trauma facility.
