This role is for an Operating Room Registered Nurse responsible for providing skilled nursing care in a variety of surgical specialties. The nurse will work 12-hour variable shifts, including weekends, with a call rotation. Experience in multiple surgical areas and robotics is required.

Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled nursing care during surgical procedures.
- Assisting surgeons and other OR team members.
- Managing patient care and monitoring vital signs.
- Preparing surgical equipment and supplies.
- Maintaining a sterile environment.
- Participating in call rotation (three weeknight and three weekend shifts per 6-week schedule).
- Floating to different surgical areas as needed.
- Documenting patient care and procedures.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington state.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operating Room RN.
- Experience in General Surgery, Surgical Oncology, Colorectal Surgery, Podiatry, ENT, Dental, Pediatrics, Plastics, Maxillofacial, Gynecology, Thoracic, Bariatric, Pulmonary, Urology, Vascular, Endovascular/Hybrid, and Transplant (Liver, Kidney) surgeries.
- Experience with Robotics, Vascular, and Plastics procedures.
- BLS certification.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Special Considerations:
- 12-hour variable shifts (7a, 9a, or 11a start times), including weekend work.
- Call rotation (three weeknight and three weekend shifts per 6-week schedule).
- 30-minute call response time.
- Floating to different surgical areas is required.
Scheduling:
- 12-hour variable shifts (7a, 9a, or 11a start times).
- Weekend work required.
- Schedules are provided in 6-week intervals.
- Occasional schedule adjustments may occur the day before, with availability checked first.
