This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Pega Constellation UX/UI Designer in New York (USA).

This role provides an exciting opportunity for a UX/UI Designer to work on Pega Constellation projects in a collaborative, remote environment. The position focuses on translating requirements into intuitive designs, screening and refining designs in Figma, and supporting the creation of Constellation blueprints. You will work closely with design leads to ensure alignment with project goals, contributing directly to user-centered solutions. This position offers hands-on experience with Pega Constellation tools while developing your skills in design evaluation, prototyping, and collaboration across remote teams.

Accountabilities:

· Collaborate with design leads to understand and refine requirements.

· Vet and screen design proposals in Figma to ensure usability and consistency.

· Assist in creating and updating blueprints within the Pega Constellation platform.

· Follow design guidelines and standards while adapting to project needs.

· Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to improve design quality.

Requirements

· 1–3+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design.

· Pega Constellation Certification is required.

· Proficiency in Figma for designing, prototyping, and reviewing UI screens.

· Strong collaboration skills and ability to take direction effectively.

· Ability to read, interpret, and follow design instructions accurately.

· Comfortable participating in video calls and presenting work on camera.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
