The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires a vehicle for travel and may involve working weekends. IV room experience for non-hazardous medications is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications.
- Maintain pharmacy inventory and ensure proper storage of medications.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Perform data entry into electronic medical database systems.
- Answer phone calls and direct them accordingly.
- Coordinate equipment/supply needs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Pharmacy Technician certification.
- Must have a vehicle for this assignment.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- IV room experience for non-hazardous medications.
Special Considerations:
- May be required to float to other units and facilities.
Scheduling:
- Schedule: S/S 0730-1800
- Weekends are required.
- On-call is not required.
