Pre-License Commercial Real Estate Opportunity

This opportunity is ideal for individuals currently completing their pre-licensing program who want to gain real-world exposure while preparing to enter the industry. You’ll combine your coursework with access to proven business strategies, hands-on coaching, and mentorship from experienced commercial professionals.
You’ll learn the fundamentals that matter most in commercial real estate, from prospecting and underwriting to investor communication, giving you the confidence and momentum to launch your career successfully once licensed.

Responsibilities:
• Complete M and M University
• Attend real estate training
• Organize and build your database
• Communicate with your database
• Intern with teams or agents when possible
• Complete courses and licensing to start earning commission income
• Learn sales talk and scripts
• Complete designated non-agent-allowed activities
• Misc. activities as needed
• Complete required outbound research calls

Qualifications:
• Sales experience
• 18 years of age or older
• High School education, college preferred
• Willingness and commitment to obtaining a real estate license
• Passing real estate school and M and M University
• Desire to earn income in a high-pay commission industry
