Founded in Gainesville, FL in 1998, O2B Kids has experienced remarkable growth across Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Alabama, North Dakota, and Minnesota, with numerous locations and thrilling opportunities on the way!

With so many centers in this area, we’re excited to discuss which position and location might be the perfect match for you! Our centers are conveniently located near each other, making it easier to pinpoint the role that aligns with your experience, qualifications, interests, and desired location. At the moment, we are actively seeking to fill roles at three centers in South Tampa, as well as several others nearby.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work Monday - Friday for full time employment
• Execute lesson plans and curriculum
• Maintain licensing requirements
• Complete required assessments and observations
• Talk to parents and help meet their needs
• Maintain cleanliness in the classroom
• Have fun!
• ***These are responsibilities for our most common positions, but will be happy to discuss responsibilities for less common positions.

Requirements

Training and experience is preferred, but we are a willing to train and support education through scholarships. There are some positions where specific credentials may be required.

• Florida Staff Credential (preferred)
• CPR/First Aid
• Experience working with children 0-13 years-old
• Willing to train!
