Role: Scrum Master

Location: USA (Remote)

Pay Rate: $60/hr- $70/hr

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and communication.
• Support the Scrum team in understanding and applying Agile principles, practices, and values to improve productivity and quality.
• Remove impediments and blockers that affect the team's progress, coordinating with relevant stakeholders for quick resolution.
• Assist the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals.
• Track sprint progress and team performance using Agile tools such as JIRA or Trello, ensuring transparency through reports and dashboards.
• Promote continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, facilitating retrospectives, and helping the team adapt to changes effectively.
