Job Description

We are looking for organized, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Consultants . This role focuses on helping clients research, plan, and book travel experiences including vacations, cruises, honeymoons, destination weddings, and group trips.

No previous travel experience is required. Comprehensive training, certification, and ongoing mentorship are provided. This position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy client interaction, planning, and working remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to plan and book travel experiences that meet their needs and preferences
  • Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options

  • Coordinate bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms

  • Deliver professional customer service before, during, and after travel

  • Participate in basic marketing activities such as sharing travel content and promoting services (training provided)

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must reside and be legally eligible to work in one of the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, or Mexico
  • Reliable internet access and a computer or smart device

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Customer service skills

  • Marketing skills are a plus

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

  • Interest in travel and helping others
