Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team and lead the development of custom solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is critical as we expand beyond our current setup and begin building out advanced features and custom portals. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our CRM and Field Service App (FSM) modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex programming.
• Recent Field Service App, Field Service Management, Field Service Lightning experience.
• Configure the field service mobile app in salesforce.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance CRM and Field Service App (FSM) modules.
• Build and maintain custom portals and other advanced features to support business needs.
• Work closely with the Salesforce Admin to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of Salesforce components.
• Provide technical guidance and support during the candidate pre-filtering process for future developer roles.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with strong proficiency in Apex.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and Field Service App (FSM) modules.
• Ability to design and implement custom portals and advanced Salesforce features.
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, data modeling, and integration techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Developer Certification(s).
• Experience working in environments with limited existing developer resources.
• Background in pre-screening or technical evaluation of developer candidates.
