Role: SAP Functional Consultant (WM, PTP, PP/PI, QM) (Amazon Business Experience Preferred)

Please note: The WM is key requirement along with the CPG industry experience. This is not EWM but legacy WM. The other needs in priority order, so Procurement is key, PP-PI highly desired, but may be tough to find someone who has both. That said, familiarity with process manufacturing a plus. Similar for QM.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WM), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Production Planning/Process Industries (PP/PI), and Quality Management (QM) modules. The ideal candidate will have prior business experience working with or for Amazon, bringing valuable insights and best practices to our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP WM, PTP, PP/PI, and QM module implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver process improvements.
• Leverage previous experience with Amazon to optimize supply chain, procurement, production, and quality processes.
• Configure SAP modules to meet business needs, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Provide expert guidance during project phases including blueprinting, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, delivering high-quality support to end-users.
• Document functional specifications, process flows, and configuration details.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with company and industry standards throughout project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in SAP WM, PTP, PP/PI, and QM modules.
• Demonstrated experience in SAP implementations, upgrades, and support.
• Prior business experience with Amazon (either as a vendor, partner, or employee) highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to commit to 25-50% onsite presence.
• Available for immediate start, with commitment through May 2026.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale SAP transformation projects.
• Knowledge of best practices in supply chain, procurement, production, and quality management within Amazon's ecosystem.
• Project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus.
