Job Description

Experience Required:
8 to 10 years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.


Key Responsibilities:
Facilitation: Lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Coaching: Mentor team and Product Owner on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self-organization.
Impediment Removal: Identify and resolve blockers impacting team progress.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and Agile adoption within the team.
Communication: Act as a liaison between the team and external stakeholders to ensure transparency.
Shielding: Protect the team from external distractions and interruptions.
Backlog Support: Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog.


Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Banking domain knowledge is a plus.
