Job Description:

As a Tow Truck Operator, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient towing services to our customers. Your primary duties will include:

• Responding to towing requests promptly and professionally.
• Safely operating tow trucks and ensuring proper loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Assisting customers with roadside emergencies, including flat tires, battery jumps, and lockouts.
• Maintaining accurate records of services rendered and vehicle condition.
• Conducting regular inspections and maintenance checks on towing equipment.
• Upholding company policies and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in towing is mandatory with a 3 years minimum.
• CLEAN MVR**VALID MEDICAL CARD.
• 3 years verifiable experience is mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and on a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
