Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional coaching and support to Members using the Starting Strength Method.
  • Monitor Member progress and ensure adherence to programming and technique.
  • Build positive relationships with Members, fostering a culture of trust and encouragement.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming gym environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the Member Experience.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service background, ideally in fitness, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for helping others achieve their goals.
  • Willingness to complete Starting Strength training and development.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $20-$40/hour. Competitive hourly rate depending on experience and skills. Potential for additional incentive compensation.
