Role Specifics and Benefits: As the clinic RN, you’ll perform essential patient assessments, triage and respond to evolving conditions, administer medications and vaccines as prescribed, and manage wound care, chronic disease monitoring, and preventive care services. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, therapists, and social workers to coordinate care plans, optimize outcomes, and facilitate smooth transitions from one setting to another.
