Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations related to the receiving, stocking, and shipping of used office equipment. This role reports to the Warehouse Manager, Wholesale and plays a key role in ensuring accurate inventory handling and timely order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with physical warehouse work and have strong organizational and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming freight
• Document all relevant inventory and receipt information accurately
• Record inventory and marketing-related data for all received equipment
• Stock materials and equipment in the appropriate bin locations
• Maintain organized and clearly labeled inventory areas
• Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts
• Pull, pick, and prepare sales orders for shipment
• Build a second deck in ocean-going containers for export shipments
• Prepare equipment for safe packing and shipping
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Support the Warehouse Manager with daily operational tasks

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory role preferred
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing
• Basic computer or documentation skills for inventory recording
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Preferred / Good to Have Skills

• Experience handling used or refurbished equipment
• Knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse processes
• Experience with container loading or export shipments
• Forklift or material handling equipment experience

Work Environment

• Warehouse / Wholesale facility
• Physical work environment with lifting and material handling
• Reporting directly to Warehouse Manager Wholesale
