Job Description

Gpac just partnered with a rapidly growing manufacturing company that is seeking a Weld Supervisor .

1 st shift!

Duties:

* Experienced supervisor with strong employee management skills working in a job shop setting.

* Must have knowledge and experience of metal fabrication and welding techniques (hardwire, metal-core, flux-core & sub-arc); and large open table set-ups
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing OR Six Sigma methodologies a plus
* Ability to read blueprints
