About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and passionate PM Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate has a love for hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and creates memorable experiences for every guest. If you excel at crafting exceptional beverages and providing warm, attentive service, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and care.
Deliver superb hospitality by engaging with guests and anticipating their needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and an excellent guest experience.
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Prior barista or specialty coffee experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate with great hospitality skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure.
Open availability preferred, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A passion for creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests and coworkers.
