CrestPoint Real Estate is looking for a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team as a Showing Assistant. This is a rare opportunity to earn a guaranteed monthly income while also having the freedom to focus on building your own real estate business. This role is the perfect opportunity for both new and experienced agents. You’ll get hands-on mentorship, access to proven systems, leads, training, and competitive splits—all within a supportive team environment. Compensation- $24,000+ Unlimted Commission Earning Potential Responsibilities: • Show homes to buyer clients on behalf of a high-producing team leader. • Coordinate and manage showing schedules. • Communicate feedback from clients and agents after showings. • Assist with occasional open houses and property previews. • Collaborate with our team leader and agents for smooth transactions. • Maintain your pipeline and clients while supporting the team. Qualifications: • Active Indiana real estate license (required). • Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to showings. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Highly organized and dependable. • Team-oriented with a positive, client-first attitude. • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
